TechMaster Repairs guarantees the parts we use for 3 months warranty EXCLUDING:
•Any glass or LCD breakage (cracks, chips)
•Accidental damage
•Malicious damage of any kind
•Water damage
•Any attempt repair by ANYONE other than a TechMaster Repairs technician
Any of the above-mentioned points voids any implied warranty of the screen assembly.
Warranty repairs will be done during working days (Monday-Friday) upon request.
TechMaster Repairs recommends you protect your Computer, phones and tablets with a protective Anti-Virus, case and screen protector that absorbs impact on your phone to avoid any future damage.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about the services you asked for. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item is faulty and doesn't work properly within the first 48 hours after the repair.
If you no longer want our services and would like your money back, only the unconsumed service will be refunded.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will fix it within a reasonable time.
Shipping costs will be charged if parts are preordered.
Don't forget to keep you invoice or receipt.
